Shipping and Returns
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail on their Tracked or Signed For services. You can select your preferred method of shipping at the checkout.
At present, we only ship to UK addresses. Sorry to all our fans in the rest of the world but keep watching this space for future developments.
We can only accept claims for returns/refunds if the chocolate is damaged or not as ordered.
All claims for returns/refunds must be made within 10 days of order. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please contact us within 10 days and tell us the reason. If approved we will email you the address the chocolate should be returned to.
To be eligible for a return, your chocolate must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Please do not send your chocolate back until the return is approved.
Once your return is received it will be inspected and if the refund is approved then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, such as credit card or Paypal account as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please contact Paypal or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
