The complex cocoa chords and bitter notes make way for a wave of fresh, fruity and acid flavours that lingers on. This dark chocolate is made using selected cocoa varieties grown in the lush green Ouro Verde plantation amidst the Atlantic forests of Bahia bordering the coast and rare Trinitario varieties from the Amazon basin.
Ingredients: cocoa beans (cocoa mass & cocoa butter), sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Contains minimum 68% dry cocoa solids.
